Adored husband and best friend of Margaret (nee McDonnell, Kilbride, Swinford), treasured brother of Vincent, Anne (Connolly), Paula (Malone) and Maria (Maher). John will be forever loved and dearly missed by his heart-broken family, mother-in-law Margaret McDonnell, brothers-in-law John Connolly, Pat Malone, Finbar Maher, Michael and Kevin McDonnell, sisters-in-law Mary (Norton), Mary (McLoughlin), Anne (Henry), Irene (McDonnell), Edwina (Dawson) and Patrina (Cunniffe), his many nieces, nephews, extended family and large circle of devastated friends and colleagues.

Mayo on Sunday afternoon, (February 16th) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Monday morning (February 17th) to Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Swinford arriving for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. John will be laid to rest afterwards in Kilconduff Cemetery, Swinford.

McDermott, Paul, Blackrock (formerly of Troyton Heights, Navan), passed away unexpectedly on 10th February 2025. Predeceased by his father Fergus.

Beloved husband and best friend of Aisling and loving dad to Caoimhe and Saoirse. Paul will be forever missed by his heartbroken wife and daughters, mother Anna, sister Lisa, brothers Shane, Bryan and Neal, brothers-in-law Colm, John and Garry, sisters-in-law, Niamh, Sally, Ally, Sharon and Emer. Paul will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, friends new and old and especially his lifelong friends Aidan and Sinead.

Patrick (Paddy) Manning, late of Cabra and Tallaght, passed away peacefully on 11th February 2025, surrounded by his loving family and in the exceptional care of the Tallaght ICU team. Predeceased by his parents Paddy and Betty.

Deeply missed by his adoring partner Jean and his heartbroken sisters and brother, Mary, Lorraine, Teresa, Seán and Colette. Fondly remembered by his brothers in law Paul, Liam and Joe, his nieces and nephews, friends, relatives and colleagues.

Daly, Andrew - 4th February 2025 - late of the Isle of Wight, UK and formerly Northway Estate, Finglas, Dublin 11. It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Andrew at St. Mary’s Hospital, Isle of Wight, United Kingdom. Predeceased by his grandparents Charles and Christina Skelly, Phylis and Kevin Daly and his uncle’s John and Colm.

 

He will be very sadly missed and remembered always by his beloved mam Marian, dad Martin, sisters Yvonne and Gillian, brother David, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, work colleagues and a wide circle of friends.

GILMORE, John (Séan) - 5th February 2025 - Clondalkin, formerly Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo. Suddenly at Tallaght Hospital surrounded by his heartbroken family. Predeceased by his loving sister Bridget.

Beloved husband and best friend of Betty. Much loved dad to John, Fionnuala, Andrew and Niamh. John will be sadly missed and forever remembered by his cherished wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren Casey, Amy, Holly, Séan, Nicole and Órán, brother Tommy, sister Mary, his extended family, neighbours and friends.

May he Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Massey Bros. Funeral Home, Clondalkin Village (D22 EOCO) on Wednesday, February 12th, between 5pm - 7pm. Removal from his residence to Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clondalkin in time for Requiem Mass on Thursday, February 13th at 11am with Cremation thereafter in Newlands Cross Crematorium.
