Passed away unexpectedly but peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the care of St. James’s Hospital. John beloved husband of Lillian, loving father of Sonya, John and Rory. Sadly missed by his son-in-law John, daughters-in-law Sarah and Deirdre, his adored grandchildren Leah, Kate, Claragh, Florence, Alice, Cathal and John, his brother Derek and sister-in-law Jan, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his loving parents Dan and Peggy.

John will repose at Massey Bros. Funeral Home, Goatstown (D14 X348) on Friday 14th February 2025 from 5pm – 7pm. His requiem mass will be held in the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock at 10.45am on Saturday 15th February 2025, followed by cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium at 1pm.
