Father Joseph O’Melia OMI, Oblate House of Retreat, Inchicore Dublin 8 formerly Dolphin’s Barn Dublin 8. Fr. Joe passed away peacefully in the compassionate care of the staff of St. James’ Hospital on Monday January 13th surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his parents Mary and Ernest James, his sister Carmel and brothers Seamus and Ernie, sister-in-law’s Noreen, and Mary.

Joe’s life will be celebrated at his Funeral Mass at the Church of Mary Immaculate, Tyrconnell Road, Inchicore, Dublin 8, D08 C6TW, on Friday (January 17th) at 11.30am, followed by burial in the Oblate Community Cemetery.
