Daniel James Costigan, Beacon South Quarter, Dublin 18, passed away peacefully on 15^th of November in the Mater Hospital Dublin after coping heroically with a lengthy illness.

Beloved husband of Michelle, son of Mark and Hélène Costigan, a brother of Alan and Timothy and a beloved uncle to Esme. All who knew Daniel - friends and wider family - loved him deeply.

We are greatly indebted to the full range of staff in the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital who were outstanding in their care of Daniel. A special thank you to Donal Costigan, Scarlette and Rossa O’Regan whose love and assistance helped sustain Daniel through the most difficult times.
