It is with great sadness we announce the passing of John MCCABE, 23rd August 2023, late of Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, peacefully, in the wonderful care of Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross. Beloved husband and best friend to Breda, and loving father to John, Audrey, and Sharon. John will be forever loved and sadly missed by his wife, son, and daughters, and their partners, his adored grandchildren Matthew, Shauna, Ciara, Charlie, Ollie, Cameron, and Henry, great grandchild Sean, his brothers Willy and Joe, his sisters Lena, Emily, Mai and Eileen, relatives, neighbours, and friends. We also lovingly remember all our loved ones/family members who have passed.
There are not enough words to describe John. His humour and warmth touched all he met.

Reposing at Massey Bros., Funeral Home, Templeogue Village (D6W AC82), this Tuesday evening from 5-7pm. Removal on Wednesday morning (30th August), to the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham, arriving for 10am Requiem Mass, with cremation thereafter in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross.
