Whelan, John (Inchicore), passed away peacefully on 22nd October 2024, in the company of his loving son Geoffrey. John has been reunited with his beloved wife, Christina, also his father Sonny, mother Lizzy, and sister Lily, who now reunite together and forever.
He will be sadly missed and always remembered by his son Geoffrey, his loving partner Rita, his brothers Jimmy and Richard, his sister Marie, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, Ann and JoJo, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours (especially his dear friend Noel), and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at his home (Inchicore) on Monday from 3pm - 6pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday 29th October at 10am in the Oblates Church of Mary Immaculate, Inchicore, followed by Burial to Palmerstown Cemetery.
