Derek Eagers (Dublin 7) - passed away peacefully at home on December 30th after a short illness, bravely borne. Much loved husband of Eilish, Derek will also be sadly missed by his brothers-in-law, Shane, Paul, Dermot and Frank, sisters-in-law Marie, Maeve and Ev, half sister Sharon, nieces and nephews, the wider Kenny family in Wexford, colleagues from the Dept of Social Protection, Liverpool Supporters' Club and Cabinteely FC, along with many, many friends. Derek is predeceased by his mother Lily and sister-in-law Oonagh and parents-in-law Peter and Charlotte.
Reposing at Massey Bros. Funeral Home 88A Cabra Road on Tuesday 3rd January from 6 pm to 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday 4th at 12 noon in St. Joseph’s Church Berkeley Road followed by cremation in Mount Jerome at 2.15pm.
