McCann (née Whelan), Ellen (Nellie) (Late of Dublin 8) – 22nd of January, 2025, peacefully surrounded by her loving family under the exceptional care of all the doctors and nurses in St James Hospital. Predeceased by her best friend and husband Paddy.
Beloved mother to Mark, John, Pat and Alan. Sadly missed by her loving children, daughter in law Paula, Mark’s partner Emma, Pat’s partner Sharon, Alan’s partner Linda, brothers Robert and James, grandchildren Kate, Sarah, Orla, Carina, Natasha, Alexandra, Kellsie and Jessica, great -grandchildren Ollie, Cleo and Bonnie, nieces, nephews (especially Liam), extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home on Friday evening 5pm to 7pm. Funeral arriving to St. Catherine’s Church, Meath Street on Saturday for 10am requiem Mass with burial afterwards to Newland Cross Cemetery.
