Cassells, Peter (P.J.), Blackrock, Co. Dublin (formerly of Knockmitten, Dublin 12) – 2nd January 2024 (peacefully).
Predeceased by his parents Peter and Mary Kate, his brothers Paraic and John, sisters Maura (née Heron) and Anna (née McHugh), his brothers in law Noel, Joe, Tommie, Christy, Bill, sister-in-law Maura, and much missed nephew John. Dearly beloved husband of Vera (née McGuire), cherished Dad of John, Cormac, Úna McArdle, and the late Kathryn. Dear brother of Dympna Madigan. Adored Poppy to Catherine, Marcus, and Aidan. He will be sadly missed by his son in law Paul, and daughters in law Jeannie and Michelle, brother & sisters in law, nieces, nephews, his extended family, neighbours, and many friends.
May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Massey’s Bros. Funeral Home, 5 Newtown Park, Blackrock, A94 X308 on Sunday 7th January 2024 from 2pm to 4pm. Funeral Mass on Monday 8th January 2024 at 10am in St John the Baptist Church, Blackrock, Co Dublin, followed by burial at Esker Cemetery, Lucan.
